1. Acceptance of terms

By using Tanie Cheaty (the "Store", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store. Paying or ticking the box at checkout is acceptance of the version published on this page at that time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use a reseller account. We may ask for age confirmation and close access if this requirement is not met.

3. Account and orders

Shop orders are tied to the email you enter at checkout and to the order page we give you. Reseller access is tied to your Discord account.

Keep your email, order links, Discord login and API keys private. Activity under your email or Discord is treated as yours. Tell us at once if you think someone else used them. We are not responsible for loss from access you did not lock down.

4. Payments

All payments for this Store are received by Tanie Cheaty.

We accept:

  • Cryptocurrency: Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) — paid on-chain to the wallet shown on your order
  • BLIK — manual, through a staff ticket
  • PayPal — manual, through a staff ticket

Prices are in USD. PLN and EUR on the site are a display only; the charge follows the USD price. LTC has no extra Store fee. BTC, ETH and SOL add a network fee shown at checkout.

An order is paid when the required crypto confirmations arrive, or when staff marks a BLIK / PayPal ticket as paid. Unpaid crypto orders expire — do not send after expiry.

Do not pay any wallet, account or person that does not match Tanie Cheaty or the details on your order.

5. License keys

Products are digital. After payment you receive a license key or access credential by email and/or on the order page. Keys are for one user, unless the product page says otherwise. They are not for sharing, resale or public distribution. Doing that can get the key revoked with no refund.

6. Refunds

Once a working key is delivered or activated, the sale is final.

We may replace or refund only if:

  • the key never arrived, or
  • the key was already used or invalid at the moment we issued it.

Write on Discord or support@taniecheaty.pl with the order ID. A chargeback after a delivered key is treated as fraud and may get related accounts blocked.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the Store in a way that breaks the law
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or pull source from products we sell
  • share, redistribute or resell keys without our permission
  • hit the Store with bots, scrapers or automated abuse
  • harass staff or other customers
  • open extra accounts to dodge a ban or a limit
  • run fake payments or chargebacks

8. No guarantee of undetectability

Products are sold as-is, with no warranty, express or implied.

We do not promise that any product will stay undetected, keep working after a game or anti-cheat update, or perform in a particular way. Tools can be detected, patched or stopped at any time, without notice.

You accept that using game-modification software has risk. We are not liable for what happens after you use a product you bought here.

9. Third-party games

Using a product may go against the terms of a game, launcher or host. That risk is yours. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions or other penalties from publishers or platforms. You use every product at your own risk.

10. Reseller panel

The Store may offer a reseller panel (Discord login, balance, API). Commission, product list and prices are set by us and can change.

Abuse of the panel — fake accounts, self-dealing, or inflating volume — can mean the balance is zeroed and the account closed.

11. Crypto deposits and payouts

Reseller deposits and crypto orders go to the address we show. Crypto moves are final. A wrong address is your loss. We may hold or refuse a credit if we suspect fraud.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tanie Cheaty, Tanie Cheaty and people working with the Store are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including lost profit, data or goodwill) from use of the Store or products bought here.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that claim is about.

13. Indemnity

You will cover the Store, Tanie Cheaty and people working with us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that come from your use of the Store, a breach of these terms, or a breach of someone else's rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled under Polish law, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. The new text applies when it is published on this page. The version that counts for an order is the one live when you pay. Keeping using the Store after a change means you accept it.
